When a round ends, its standings are locked on-chain first. Then the winner is drawn from a block that didn't exist yet. Nobody can pick the winner, not even us. Check any round below.

How the draw works
When a round ends, the server sends the full standings. Eligible players: a linked wallet and at least the minimum damage or capture time.
The standings are locked on Solana first: their SHA-256 fingerprint is written in a memo transaction signed by the pot wallet (koth:roundId:hash). They can't change after that.
The seed is blockhash:roundId, using the first finalized block at least a few slots after that memo: it didn't exist when the standings were locked.
Players are sorted by weight (highest first), then by UUID. ticket = SHA-256(seed) mod total weight.
The winner is the first player whose running total of weight is greater than the ticket: your odds are your share of the total.
The prize is paid in SOL from the pot wallet (pump.fun creator fees). The payment transaction is linked on each round.
